The Philippine National Police (PNP) is targeting a zero crime rate at the start of classes in not less than 10 colleges and universities around the University Belt in the city of Manila, as such maximum police visibility was employed Tuesday, whereby policemen performed security rounds and have been distributing informational flyers at the populated district, including the Far Eastern University in Morayta.
