Studio 23’s US Girls hosted by Iya Villania, Cheska Garcia and Angel Aquino recently featured the UAAP and NCAA hoopsters in light of the opening of both league this year. Angel Aquino for her part, visited the SPARC located at Far Eastern University. SPARC is dedicated to athletic performance enhancement and the recovery of athletes from illnesses or injuries and restoration to previous performance levels. (SPARC was also featured on Sports Unlimited last year.) FEU Athletes who appeared on this US Girls episode are: Taekwondo’s Karla Mae Alavas, Roby Remigio of FEU Women’s Volleyball, Men’s Basketball Ryan Roose Garcia, Jens Knuttel, and JR Cawaling.
