FEU squeak past UST via a buzzer-beating triple
FEU Tams escaped UST Tigers, 62-59, as rookie Mike Tolomia nailed a match-clinching triple with 2.9 ticks left in the 74th UAAP Men’s basketball tournament Saturday at the Big Dome. Tolomia caught a timely kick-out pass from reigning MVP RR Garcia, who drove to the lane with the time winding down. With the recent win, FEU now holds the solo second in the standings with a 4-1 record.

Former FEU President, PNoy's Aunt dead

FEU-NRMF's Board of Trustees Chair and Former Far Eastern University President Josephine Cojuangco-Reyes, 82 years old died yesterday after she collapsed following her eulogy for elder brother Pedro Cojuangco at the Sanctuario de San Antonio, Makati City. She was rushed to St. Lukes hospital, but to no avail.

NBA Superstar Kobe Bryant wears the FEU Jersey at the Araneta Coliseum Wednesday afternoon for a Nike-Sponsored Demonstration game featuring Smart-Gilas and select UAAP players. This is Kobe’s 3rd visit to the Philippines as Nike’s brand ambassador. Manila is his first stop of his five-city Asian tour. “I love Manila. This is one of my favorite cities in the world”, says Kobe.
